Who Are We?

Ohana Pregnancy Center of East Hawai'i is a nonprofit organization that offers deliberate, compassionate, and holistic services to men and women by helping through medical assistance and education. We offer counsel, support, medical help, and beyond.

Our services are offered free of charge and given to those with needs regardless of race, age, religion, background, gender, or financial status. We want to build strong families which in turn builds strong communities. We are always continuing to improve our services to reach out to those in crisis and help them achieve stability mentally, physically, and spiritually. For more details about our services and values, explore our 'Overview' tab.

We do not preform or refer for abortions

What Does Money Go Towards?

All donations go directly towards our operating costs such as rent, insurance, ultrasound supplies, educational materials, and material goods for mom and baby. All of the staff, including medical personnel, are volunteers who give generously of their hearts and talents.

  • Our center does not receive any state of federal funding.
  • There is no money going towards political causes, medical institutions, unnecessary purchases, or salaries.

Instead your investment goes directly towards purchasing quality materials for clients in the East Hawai'i community, making sure our doors stay open, and keeping all services free.

Will any of my money goes towards abortions?

No, our center does not perform or refer for abortions. We do provide materials for clients about the risks and side effects of abortion.

Why Support Us?

All of your donations are tax deductible under our 501c3 status. Following each donation you will receive a receipt, whether digitally or a hard copy through the mail. You will also be mailed an end of year giving statement. By partnering with Ohana Pregnancy Center, whether through a small monthly amount or a large one time gift, you are creating a legacy of life that lifts families out of crisis by providing for their immediate medical and social needs.

Is OPC A Church Group?

While Ohana Pregnancy Center does maintain some fundraising support through some local churches, we are not a religious organization and are not affiliated with any particular religious group, organization, denomination, or belief system. Our supporters come from a wide variety of backgrounds and beliefs who are united by a passion for a healthier community.

What Is The Best Way To Give?

While there is no best way to partner with us because all support is welcome in any shape or form, our Life Givers program offers a long term flexible method that gives leadership the confidence that operating expenses will be covered. Starting as low as $10 a month our online system makes giving a breeze. Our center has been built on faithful donors giving an amount each month that fits their budget; it is truly amazing what a team of generous people can accomplish! We'd love to have you join us; just click the first box on the far left side below.

Are There Other Ways I Can Help?
